Future Leaders is currently looking for applicants from Bournemouth for an innovative 3 year programme for aspiring Headteachers to lead and transform urban complex secondary schools and raise achievement for students from the most deprived backgrounds.

Participants receive cutting edge training, support from experienced school leaders and the opportunity to spend a full year learning on the job as part of the leadership team of a hand-picked challenging school.
