Moving to Bournemouth, flat wanted to rent please

I am planning to move to Bournemouth soon and am looking for a 2 bed flat or house to rent within 10-15 mins walk of the town centre, preferably Triangle, Westcliff or Westbourne area. I need parking for one car and I also have an adult cat. Maximum £700 per month. Does anyone have anything available or know of anything available please?
